Brand & Content Manager
We are looking for a brand and content manager with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, strong written English, and experience with social media for high-end brands. You will own all digital content — photography direction, copy, email campaigns, and social channels.
Requirements: 3+ years in luxury brand or editorial content. Portfolio required. Experience with Shopify and email platforms preferred. Must understand the Pakistani and diaspora audience intimately.
Customer Experience Associate
The face and voice of Aneeq Ahmed to our clients. You will manage all customer communications — WhatsApp, email, and order enquiries — with the same level of care that goes into making our pieces. Discretion, warmth, and impeccable written communication are essential.
Requirements: Excellent written English. Experience in customer service for a premium brand. Must be comfortable with WhatsApp Business and order management systems.
E-Commerce & Shopify Manager
Responsible for the technical management and ongoing optimisation of our Shopify store — product listings, metafields, currency configuration, app integrations, and performance. You will work closely with the brand to ensure the digital experience matches the physical one.
Requirements: Deep Shopify experience including Liquid, Shopify Markets, and custom metafields. Experience with luxury or fashion e-commerce preferred.
